Amy Undercover 01 - The Wrong Charlie
Amy shifted uncomfortably on the floor. The metal encasing her wrists was starting to dig in, and as she shuffled her legs underneath her, there was a jangle from the cuffs around her ankles. But that wasn’t the worst thing. No, that would be the feeling of grime and dirt on the floor beneath her. How did I end up in this mess? Amy knew exactly how she ended up in this mess. A desire to find what she needed, a belief that she could trick her way in, and a drunk crew of boys - well, young men - in the university halls of residence which were fooled by her disguise, but not in the way she intended. Amy craned her neck, trying to see where the occupant of this dorm room - the only one left after his friends had all vanished - lay passed out on his bed. The deep snoring told her that he probably wasn’t waking soon. That was a good thing, aside from her current predicament. Shivering, Amy looked down at the uniform she wore. I suppose I can see now why it wasn’t so convincing.
